At Lakeside Dairy we take advantage of combining animal agriculture and cropping, enhanced through our compost to maximize our sustainability efforts.  Diversity on our farm is intentionally developed to maximize the use of equipment and resources and spread out the risks that come along with idividual agricultural sectors.
